scDDTR: Single-Cell Database for Drug Treatment and Responsiveness

Cellular heterogeneity can influence drug response and efficacy greatly, as different cell types or subpopulations exhibit distinct sensitivities or resistance mechanisms. Recently, the development of single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology has revolutionized our understanding of gene expression patterns at single-cell level, which has been used in drug research increasingly widely. To compare the treatment outcomes across different cell clusters systematically, here we construct ScDDTR, a database integrated pre- and post-treatment scRNA-seq profiles. ScDDTR encompasses 137 studies on 45 diseases and 46 treatments, each contains details about cell clusters, high variation genes, sequencing technology, biological information, treatment usage and response. This freely accessible resource is of immense value for treatment selection and combination therapy.(go to About for detail).
