Home page provides a brief introduction of ScDDTR, a search box and some links to other pages. you can search ScDDTR according to different drug, treatment or diseases, updates of ScDDTR are displayed here as well.

2.Search results page

The search results are presented as a responsible table, which contains drug, treatment, diseases, entry levels. The ScDDTR ID (SDID) can be clicked to navigate to detail page.

3.Detail page

Detail page includes four sections:
1) Basic information which contains the treatment, sequencing plat form and diseases information.
2) IC50 value after drug treatment, structural information of the drug, cell line or species source.
3) Treatment described in the literature, changes in transcriptome or pathway after treatment, mechanisms of drug tolerance, and the relationship between drug treatment and changes at the transcriptome level in single cells.
4) Prediction of drug name sensitivity from single-cell transcriptome data and results of automatic cell annotation.

4.Browse page

Browse page contains all entries in ScDDTR, you can enter what you want to query in the boxes and tap "Enter" to browse this database.

5.Diseases page

Diseases page lists all diseases in ScDDTR and users can click each disease to extract related entries.
